Suvanto Care Oy and Arctic Connect Oy have agreed on a business acquisition under which Suvanto Care will acquire the video services platform business that it has previously used from Arctic Connect as a subcontracted solution. The arrangement strengthens Suvanto Care’s ability to develop and deliver digital, video-based services as part of the company’s broader service portfolio. As a result of the transaction, the video services platform previously used in Suvanto Care’s service production will be transferred to Suvanto Care’s ownership. This enables closer integration of the services into the company’s own technology platform and supports long-term development to meet diverse customer needs.

For Arctic Connect, the transaction clarifies the company’s business strategy and supports a stronger focus on its current core operations in visual communication technology and AV technology.

The business acquisition covers the Arctic Connect video services platform and related business that Suvanto Care has already been using in its service production. Arctic Connect will continue its operations in its other business areas in line with its strategic priorities. All services will continue for customers without interruption.
