Suvanto On-Call – safely at home
Suvanto On-Call is alert at all times! It offers a modern way of receiving and handling safety alarms from customers. In addition to traditional emergency phone alarms, the service provides a chance to receive alarms in the on-call centre view from other sources, such as the Suvanto On the Go, Suvanto Bracelet, Suvanto Home, or Suvanto Medication Reminder services.
When a customer sends an alarm, the carer on duty or another responsible person can quickly find out about the situation by calling the Suvanto Emergency Phone or by establishing a visual connection via Suvanto Video Call. If required, they can also locate the customer by using the Suvanto On the Go device or with the help of observation data from the Suvanto Home service. The person on call can provide emergency assistance to the customer who sent the alarm or, for example, log the incident as a follow-up alarm for the home care personnel.
The on-call centre can stay alert for multiple customers at the same time
The Suvanto On-Call service enables managing a large number of home care customers in an extensive yet individual manner. From the alarm tracking view, the person on call can see the individual emergency instructions for each customer and act accordingly. This way, the person on call can better anticipate sending just the right kind of help to the right place.
If necessary, the person on call can also check that the follow-up alarm forwarded to home care has been acknowledged and handled appropriately. This way the risk of communication breakdown decreases, and proper continued care is equally guaranteed for all customers.

Situational data enables continued service development
In the service you can define, per customer, which alarms are shown in the On-Call alarm tracking view for each customer. Alarms processing data is logged in the system and shown to relevant parties, which enables, for instance, home care staying up to date regarding all alarms and the reasons for them. This way we can increase the quality of care and utilise the data more fully in planning care and assessing care needs. This will provide direct savings in resources as we can see which issues raise alarms from each customer and thus manage the reasons behind the need for help even before new situations occur.
Suvanto On-Call centre as an extensive service package
DoseCan makes daily life easier! It automatically reminds the senior to take medication according to the medication schedule. DoseCan medication reminder can be integrated into the Suvanto Care service platform.
Suvanto Video Call allows remote communication even when face-to-face meetings are not possible. It makes it possible to alleviate the loneliness of the senior and challenges that come with it.
Suvanto Remote Measurement enables active monitoring remotely, as measurements taken at home are automatically transferred to the Suvanto Care application used by loved ones and caregivers. Remote Measurement also alerts if there are any discrepancies in the results.
Suvanto Care system learns a person’s routines and circadian rhythm, and concludes whether the behaviour is abnormal. This will determine if the senior sleeps poorly, exercises too little or does not eat well.
