SUVANTO CARE Tietosuojakäytäntö (English version below)
Viimeksi päivitetty 25.02.2022 Mitä tämä tietosuoja kattaa? Tietosuojakäytäntö kattaa ne Suvanto Caren verkkosivustot, työpöytäsovellukset ja mobiilisovellukset, joissa on linkki tähän tietosuojakäytäntöön (myöhemmin ”sovellukset”). Verkkosivustoihin kuuluvat verkkopalvelut sekä verkkopohjaiset palvelun osat. Mitä tietoja Suvanto Care kerää käyttäjistä? Suvanto Caren sovellukset eivät kerää automaattisesti henkilötietoja käyttäjästä. Suvanto Care -sovelluksen käytöstä tallentuu taustajärjestelmään tieto, milloin sovellusta on viimeksi käytetty sekä mikä käyttöjärjestelmä ja sovellusversio käyttäjällä on käytössä. Lisäksi käyttäjän sovellukseen tallentamat palvelun käyttöön liittyvät tiedot voidaan tallentaa taustajärjestelmään käytössä olevan palvelun tuottamisen mahdollistamiseksi. Suvanto Video -sovellus voi tallentaa taustajärjestelmään käytössä olevan palvelun tuottamisen mahdollistamiseksi tiedot, mitä käyttäjä vastaa sovellukseen lähetettyihin viesteihin. Suvanto Health -sovellus voi tallentaa taustajärjestelmään käytössä olevan palvelun tuottamisen mahdollistamiseksi tiedot, mitä käyttäjä syöttää sovelluksessa tai mitkä saadaan sovellukseen liitetyltä ulkoiselta mittalaitteelta palvelua käytettäessä. Suvanto Health voi käyttää taustapaikannusominaisuutta mahdollistaakseen sovelluksen vaatimien BLE-toimintojen toimivuuden. Taustapaikannustietoja ei käytetä mihinkään, vaan ominaisuuden käyttö vaaditaan mahdollistamaan sovelluksen BLE-mittalaitteita hakevan prosessin toiminnan näytön ollessa suljettuna. Suvanto Monitor -sovellus voi tallentaa taustajärjestelmään käytössä olevan palvelun tuottamisen mahdollistamiseksi seuraavat tiedot: laitteen laitetunnus, muistin käyttötaso, laitteelle asennettujen sovellusten versiotietoja, akun tietoja, näytön kirkkauden taso, äänenvoimakkuuden taso, verkon tyyppi ja tila sekä laitteelle yhdistettyjen bluetooth-laitteiden tunnistetietoja. Markkinoiko Suvanto Care tuotteitaan käyttäjille? Suvanto Care voi näyttää sovelluksissa käyttäjille tuotteisiinsa liittyviä tietoja. Muuttuuko tämä tietosuojakäytäntö? Saatamme ajoittain muuttaa tai päivittää tätä tietosuojakäytäntöä, jotta Suvanto Care voisi käyttää tai jakaa aiemmin kerättyjä henkilötietoja eri tavalla. Jos näin tapahtuu, Suvanto Caren verkkosivujen linkeistä käy ilmi, että käytäntöä on muutettu. Uusille käyttäjille tämä tulee voimaan heti, kun se on julkaistu. SUVANTO CARE Privacy Policy
Last Updated on 25 February 2022 What does this Privacy Policy cover? The Privacy Policy covers Suvanto Care's websites, desktop applications, and mobile applications (hereafter "apps") that have a link to this Privacy Policy. Websites include online services and web-based service components. What information does Suvanto Care collect from users? The Suvanto Care’s apps do not automatically collect personal information about you. The use of the Suvanto Care app stores information in the back-end system when the app was last used and which operating system and app version the user is using. In addition, the service usage information stored by the user in the app may be stored in the back-end system to enable the provision of the service in use. The Suvanto Video app can store in the back-end system the information that the user responds to messages sent to the app in order to enable the provision of the service in use. The Suvanto Health app can store in the back-end system the information that the user enters in the application or that is obtained from an external measuring device connected to the application when using the service. Suvanto Health can uses the access location freature in the background to enable the BLE functions required by the application to work. The data of this functionality is not used for anything but using the feature has been required in use the app to allow the process of discovering BLE based devices when the display is closed. The Suvanto Monitor app can store the following information in the back-end system to enable the available service: unique device ID, memory usage, version information of the applications installed in the device, battery information, screen brightness level, volume level, network type and status, and identification of Bluetooth devices connected to the device. Does Suvanto Care market their products to users? Suvanto Care can display the information about their products to users in apps. Will this Privacy Policy change? We may from time to time change or update this Privacy Policy to enable Suvanto Care to use or share previously collected personal information in a different way. If this happens, the links on the Suvanto Care website will show that the policy has been changed. For new users, this will take effect as soon as it is published.
